Overview Hourly technician fee is $75/hr plus applicable service charge. The service charge is added to the first hour ONLY. General hardware upgrades and repairs billed at $75/hr. plus service charge. General time is 1-2 hours. Onsite pickup and drop-off is done under special circumstances and is billed on a per incident basis. The final cost will be determined and agreed upon prior to a technician removing your computer. Home networking is billed at $95.00 per hour in addition to applicable service charge. General time for basic home networking is estimated to be 1-2 hours. Emergency Service (onsite within 3 hours of calling). $75.00 service fee plus $75.00 per hour. Business hourly rate is $125/hr plus applicable service charge.
